GETHR is hiring a Head of Growth Operator DTC E-Commerce (w/f/d)

About the Role

You will own the full growth lifecycle for a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, designing scalable acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and leveraging analytics to guide product and marketing decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage end-to-end customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic digital channels
  • Optimize conversion rates across website, checkout, and post-purchase experiences
  • Lead A/B testing programs to validate growth hypotheses and improve key metrics
  • Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and opportunities in the customer journey
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs related to customer lifetime value, CAC, and retention
  • Scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok
  • Oversee email and SMS marketing strategies to boost repeat purchases
  • Implement personalization tactics to enhance user engagement and average order value
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners
  • Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
  • Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility
  • Evaluate new growth channels and pilot experimental tactics
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all marketing activities
  • Lead onboarding and training for new team members in growth methodologies
  • Use analytics tools to attribute performance accurately across touchpoints
  • Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments
  • Work closely with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
  • Optimize landing pages and user flows for maximum conversion
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify differentiators
  • Present growth insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
  • Manage budget allocation across channels based on ROI performance
  • Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
  • Stay current with industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing growth touchpoints
