UpSlide is hiring a Head of Growth Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute UpSlide's growth strategy to drive pipeline, opportunity creation and revenue growth across priority markets and segments
  • Own marketing's contribution to commercial targets, ensuring programs are aligned to business objectives and measurable outcomes
  • Partner closely with GTM to improve lead generation, lead management, conversion rates and overall funnel performance
  • Develop and optimize integrated programs across events, digital channels, lifecycle marketing and account-based initiatives
  • Own the performance of marketing acquisition channels, including SEO and paid media, through effective agency management and investment decisions
  • Drive audience growth, engagement and conversion through lifecycle marketing programs and newsletters
  • Partner with RevOps to improve attribution, reporting, automation and visibility across the buyer journey
  • Establish a culture of experimentation, using data, AI and automation to improve performance and efficiency
  • Lead, develop and coach a high-performing Growth team, fostering accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading growth, demand generation or acquisition marketing teams within B2B SaaS
  • Experience leveraging AI for pipe generation, efficiency and experimentation
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience owning pipeline and revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying journeys and complex sales cycles within regulated industries
  • Experience working closely with GTM teams to drive measurable business outcomes
  • Strong analytical and operational skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
  • Experience managing marketing technology, agencies and performance budgets
  • Excellent stakeholder management and leadership capabilities
  • Comfortable operating across both strategy and execution
