Requirements
- 5+ years in self-serve subscription growth, demand generation, or performance marketing in B2B SaaS (ideally PLG).
- Proven track record of designing and running growth experiments that deliver measurable results.
- Strong analytical skills -- fluent in data analysis, funnel metrics, and growth KPIs.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and experimentation tools (working with WebFlow, HubSpot, Am游戏副本, Hex, GA4, etc.).
- Creative and scrappy: you can ideate, launch, and measure campaigns quickly.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with Product, Data, and Sales.
- Bias toward action, resourceful, and energized by fast-paced startup environments.
