Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a unified growth strategy spanning customer acquisition, onboarding, long-term engagement, and revenue generation across all products.
- Create a structured, repeatable process for A/B testing with standardized frameworks, quality assurance protocols, and documentation practices.
- Monitor, analyze, and enhance key performance indicators such as customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, average revenue per user, and user retention trends.
- Drive innovation by formulating bold, testable hypotheses that question existing assumptions to uncover new business and product potential.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, product managers, marketing specialists, and engineers to align growth tactics with company objectives and channel strategies.
- Serve as a hands-on leader managing developers initially, then evolve into building and overseeing a scalable, high-performance growth team.
