Arable was looking for a Head of Grower Success & Agronomy

Arable is hiring a Head of Grower Success & Agronomy to lead our customer-focused initiatives in agriculture. This is a remote, full-time leadership position within the Customer Success department, responsible for ensuring grower success through agronomic expertise.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution of grower success programs.
  • Provide agronomic guidance and support to ensure customer value.
  • Build and manage a team focused on customer outcomes.
  • Develop scalable processes for customer onboarding, training, and retention.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate customer feedback into product improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a customer success leadership role within the agriculture technology sector.
  • Deep agronomic expertise and understanding of modern farming practices.
  • Strong track record of building and scaling customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with growers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, global environment.
