Responsibilities
- Establish clear team structures, roles, and operational standards within the FP&A function.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top-tier finance professionals.
- Promote a culture rooted in accountability, precision, and ongoing enhancement.
- Guarantee a unified, reliable source for all financial data, assumptions, and reports, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness.
- Lead regular financial reporting for leadership, board members, and investors, including performance variances and key drivers.
- Manage the full planning cycle, including annual budgets, quarterly targets, and monthly forecasts, with defined timelines and governance.
- Build and maintain a dynamic operating financial model that reflects current business conditions and supports rolling forecasts.
- Create and expand a business partnering capability that provides strategic financial guidance to senior leaders in commercial, product, and operations.
- Set performance targets and evaluate results across business segments such as products, marketing channels, and geographic regions.
- Lead the development of financial models and on-demand analyses to assess unit economics, test scenarios, and support executive decisions.
- Introduce automation, tools, and best practices to enhance the efficiency, speed, and quality of FP&A processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
- Demonstrated success in building and managing high-achieving finance teams.
- Hands-on experience managing full-cycle FP&A processes, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of producing board-level deliverables.
- Strong business insight and ability to translate financial data into clear, visual, and actionable insights for diverse audiences.
- In-depth knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and scenario planning.
- Proactive self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, capable of shaping an FP&A team with sharp analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Innovative and results-focused, with a drive to refine processes, question norms, and thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Compensation
Gross salary ranges from €6000 to €8000 per month, determined individually based on experience, skills, and growth potential.
