Enhance financial reporting and controls within Xero, manage the monthly close process, and implement reporting rigor and controls suitable for a scaling, venture-backed business.
Improve the quality and frequency of board and investor materials, presenting financial data clearly, credibly, and reassuringly to support future fundraising and strategic initiatives.
Bring discipline to billing, receivables, and collections for a client base of large FMCG and blue-chip companies, ensuring timely invoicing, confirmation of receipt, and prompt payment.
Oversee Singapore statutory compliance, including ACRA filings, GST, and IRAS matters, and coordinate with external advisors to maintain good standing.
Provide direct management and mentorship to the Senior Finance and Accounting Analyst, and expand the finance team as the business grows.
