Responsibilities
- Set and execute the technical architecture vision for commercial services, prioritizing scalability, system resilience, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead end-to-end design and implementation of robust credit-based financial products.
- Partner with Product, Compliance, and Business teams to strengthen the commercial services function.
- Manage integration with external technology providers to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.
- Deliver hands-on technical leadership, actively contributing to architectural and engineering decisions.
- Promote best practices in system design, security protocols, and software development standards.
- Coach and develop engineers and engineering managers, cultivating ownership and technical mastery.
- Shape the organization’s broader technical roadmap as commercial services expand globally.
