Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive growth strategies spanning paid advertising, organic channels, and customer lifecycle marketing
- Pinpoint and focus on high-value opportunities throughout the customer journey
- Develop and oversee an experimentation plan aimed at increasing revenue
- Regularly test, refine, and expand successful growth initiatives
- Take full ownership of performance in paid media, email and SMS lifecycle campaigns, and on-site conversion optimization
- Align acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies to ensure cohesive growth efforts
- Improve performance at every stage of the customer lifecycle
- Monitor and evaluate key growth metrics including customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, return on ad spend, and conversion rate
- Create dashboards and reporting systems to track campaign effectiveness
- Turn data analysis into actionable insights and structured experiments
- Collaborate closely with email, ecommerce, and creative teams
- Contribute directly to execution when necessary
- Assist in shaping and guiding the growth function as the team expands
