Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and retention channels
- Identify and prioritize high-impact growth opportunities across the customer journey
- Build and manage a structured experimentation roadmap
- Continuously test, iterate, and scale winning initiatives
- Oversee performance across: Paid media (Meta, Google, TikTok)
- Oversee performance across: Email & SMS lifecycle marketing
- Oversee performance across: Ecommerce conversion (CRO)
- Ensure alignment across acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies
- Optimize performance across the entire customer lifecycle
- Track and optimize key metrics: CAC
- Track and optimize key metrics: LTV
- Track and optimize key metrics: ROAS
- Track and optimize key metrics: CVR
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor growth performance
- Use data insights to drive decisions and experimentation
- Collaborate closely with teams across email, ecommerce, and creative
- Support execution of growth initiatives when needed
- Help guide and scale the growth function as the team expands
Requirements
- Proven track record driving measurable growth for ecommerce or DTC brands
- Strong full-funnel expertise: Paid acquisition
- Strong full-funnel expertise: Lifecycle/retention marketing
- Strong full-funnel expertise: Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical thinking
- Experience running experiments end-to-end
- Hands-on operator mindset (you execute, not just strategize)
Nice to Have
- Experience managing or mentoring cross-functional growth teams
- Experience scaling brands in competitive ecommerce categories
- Strong understanding of creative strategy and performance testing
- Familiarity with attribution models and experimentation frameworks
