Responsibilities
- Develop and refine credit strategy tailored to the Brazilian market, using data-driven insights to guide business progression.
- Work closely with data science teams to shape and implement predictive models that address key business challenges.
- Design robust frameworks and operational infrastructure to ensure resilient and high-quality credit program management.
- Partner with local and global leadership to shape strategic direction, growth initiatives, and financial performance in Brazil.
- Collaborate with international teams across the Philippines, Mexico, India, and the US to adapt and apply effective credit strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including product, engineering, marketing, and finance to align credit initiatives with company goals.
- Recruit and develop analytical talent to support expanding operations as the Brazilian business grows.
