Responsibilities
- Design and implement a unified communications strategy that supports corporate objectives, brand identity, and industry leadership positioning.
- Advise senior leaders on external messaging, regulatory communication, and managing reputational exposure.
- Manage internal communication initiatives to strengthen team cohesion, engagement, and cultural alignment across the organization.
- Direct corporate communications efforts, including press statements, media engagement, and executive messaging.
- Build and sustain relationships with key journalists, analysts, and external collaborators, especially in crypto, fintech, and regulatory compliance sectors.
- Lead analyst outreach programs to establish the company as the leading authority in cryptocurrency tax and compliance.
- Track regulatory and policy shifts and convert them into clear, timely narratives for public and media audiences.
- Prepare C-suite executives for media interviews, public speaking, and participation in major industry forums.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging across digital, social, event, and content platforms.
- Integrate media insights into strategic planning and co-develop stories with marketing that appeal to business and trade publications.
- Analyze media coverage, industry movements, and public perception to refine and adapt communication tactics.
- Identify relevant industry recognitions and oversee submission processes to enhance public profile.
