About the Role
The role involves setting and managing the commercial direction for the wealth client segment, including pricing, product development, and cost efficiency, in close collaboration with technology, sales, and risk functions, with potential to expand leadership across all client segments.
Responsibilities
- Define and manage the pricing framework for the wealth client portfolio.
- Classify the wealth client base into distinct segments and create tailored offerings for each.
- Conduct ongoing comparisons with peer organizations in the wealth sector to maintain competitiveness.
- Collaborate with trading and product teams to identify and serve high-margin client groups.
- Evaluate and enhance the cost structure associated with servicing wealth clients.
- Use data analytics to assess customer lifetime value, retention, and pricing models in coordination with Technology.
- Partner with Sales, Relationship Management, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Technology teams to align objectives.
- Expand responsibilities to additional client segments after demonstrating success in the wealth segment.
