Responsibilities
- Manage the complete client delivery process from post-sale transition through onboarding and adoption phases
- Ensure clients realize clear, measurable results and achieve value quickly
- Supervise multiple concurrent client implementations while upholding quality and schedule adherence
- Serve as the main point of accountability for client success, satisfaction, and retention
- Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership and key stakeholders
- Handle high-priority escalations and direct resolution efforts
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams on implementation planning and custom scenarios
- Convert business objectives into actionable technical workflows and project plans
- Maintain and enhance go-to-market systems, automation tools, and integrations
- Develop and improve delivery processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures
- Detect potential risks early and implement preventive measures
- Support the scaling of the Client Delivery and Success organization
- Coordinate alignment across delivery, product, and go-to-market functions
- Inform long-term strategies focused on client retention and expansion
- Promote ongoing improvements using data analysis, client feedback, and performance insights
