Responsibilities
- Track marketplace performance at national and city levels, identifying imbalances in supply and demand and coordinating with departments to implement corrective actions in targeted regions.
- Lead critical cross-departmental projects with strategic impact, ensuring delivery against key metrics and maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Design, articulate, and execute operational strategies that align with regional business objectives.
- Translate data and qualitative feedback into clear, actionable insights for leadership, while upholding analytical and operational standards in reporting.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices between local and global teams, promoting the use of shared knowledge systems to document and distribute key processes.
- Contribute to the creation of operating forecasts and long-term plans by collaborating across functions to model performance, pinpoint growth drivers, and guide executive decisions.
- Supervise a team of three Business Operations professionals, serving as a key leadership figure within the North American organization.
