Responsibilities
- Lead the global art delivery business with full accountability for revenue, profitability, and sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with sales to assess and secure new opportunities, ensuring delivery readiness and alignment.
- Engage directly with clients to define project scope, pricing approaches, execution plans, and long-term collaboration potential.
- Verify that all contracted projects match internal capabilities, creative quality standards, and strategic direction.
- Develop and implement a strategic vision for the art service line, covering offerings, capacity, and market differentiation.
- Explore and pursue new capabilities, delivery methods, technologies, and geographic markets.
- Establish and scale art teams in emerging growth regions.
- Nurture, expand, and guide existing art delivery teams.
- Monitor industry developments in game art, outsourcing practices, and co-development models to inform strategy.
- Work with the Global Art Director to form and deploy efficient, cross-functional delivery teams tailored to client needs.
- Create scalable operational frameworks, workflows, and resourcing strategies in collaboration with production and art leadership.
- Clarify roles, ownership, and accountability across the delivery organization.
- Serve as the primary resolver for critical delivery or resource issues, safeguarding client satisfaction and business results.
- Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with major clients as a strategic and operational leader.
- Maintain alignment and clear communication between internal departments and external partners.
- Advocate for the art services division internally, delivering transparent performance updates, risk assessments, and opportunity insights.
