Responsibilities
- Lead the growth of the practice across talent, service offerings, delivery quality, and market presence.
- Continuously refine consulting methodologies, delivery frameworks, technical benchmarks, and operational processes in alignment with Customer Success and executive leadership.
- Foster a team environment rooted in software excellence, product mindset, architectural rigor, and real-world AI integration, emphasizing psychological safety, ownership, and measurable progress.
- Attract, mentor, and retain top-tier consultants, engineers, architects, product managers, and delivery experts.
- Provide executive-level oversight on client projects spanning software development, product engineering, AI-powered solutions, modernization, and system architecture.
- Ensure delivered systems are secure, scalable, maintainable, and tied to client goals, advocating for practices like continuous delivery, automated testing, observability, and platform-based design.
- Leverage performance indicators such as DORA metrics, flow efficiency, and business outcomes to guide data-driven improvements.
- Assist clients in adopting adaptable and sustainable delivery models that balance speed, governance, quality, and value, while coaching teams on cross-functional collaboration across product, engineering, security, and compliance.
- Collaborate with the CTO to define the organization's strategy for applied AI in product development, software engineering, architecture, and delivery transformation.
- Support clients in identifying and implementing practical AI use cases that enhance delivery velocity, product quality, user experience, or operational performance.
- Guide teams in the ethical and secure use of AI-assisted development tools, autonomous workflows, and intelligent applications, with attention to governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Work with data and cloud leaders to align AI capabilities with expertise in AWS, Snowflake, and data architecture.
- Contribute to business development by supporting proposals, sales engagements, and executive discussions, turning unclear client needs into defined project strategies and success metrics.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders on matters spanning product, engineering, architecture, data, cloud, AI, and governance.
- Design and structure service offerings in AI-enhanced product development, software modernization, delivery optimization, and engineering excellence.
- Enhance market visibility through thought leadership such as speaking events, blog posts, white papers, and case studies.
