Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative and financial support during the preparation of recurring company budgets, enabling strategic growth and resource optimisation.
- Developing financial and accounting procedures and evolving them to simplify workflows and increase productivity, favouring agile and effective solutions for operational improvement.
- Preparing and presenting financial statements and business results for senior leadership, interpreting financial data and translating it into insightful, actionable business intelligence.
- Steering the integration of Management Information Systems (MIS) to automate routine reporting and provide the systemic logic needed for rapid decision-making.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's financial activities, identifying and implementing opportunities to increase efficiencies and create value
- Deep knowledge of local and international accounting standards & best practices, combined with the structured, analytical and systems-oriented thinking that can adapt and apply them to the specifics needs of each business environment.
