Responsibilities
- Rebuilding and establishing a competitive women’s soccer program for the 2027 season
- Recruiting, scouting, and evaluating prospective student-athletes during the 2026–2027 academic year to prepare for program competition
- Organizing and conducting practices, training sessions, and competitions
- Game preparation and management
- Fostering student-athlete development both athletically and academically
- Supporting student-athlete retention, academic success, and compliance with NJCAA, conference, and college regulations
- Promoting sportsmanship, positive conduct, and a culture aligned with the College’s mission and values

Requirements
- Associate degree required
- Valid New York or Vermont driver’s license
- Employment offer contingent upon successful completion of a background check
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree preferred
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and player development
- Prior coaching experience and/or collegiate playing experience strongly preferred
- Ability to recruit, evaluate talent, and build a sustainable program

- Compensation for this position will be up to $7,000, commensurate with experience
