Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality bar service and beverage preparation in line with Barrière Group standards.
- Prepare cocktails with precision, consistency, and flair.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock counts and order replenishment.
- Validate billing and verify the cash float for each shift.
- Ensure strict adherence to shift opening and closing procedures.
