Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within a specified geographic area
- Maintain up-to-date expertise on industry developments, emerging offerings, and broker methodologies
- Analyze client requirements and implement customized product and service solutions
- Monitor competitor activities and assess potential market threats
- Ensure services delivered to clients are accurate, timely, and efficiently executed
- Organize and lead regular client meetings to resolve inquiries during deployment phases
- Gather and interpret data to guide strategy in product development, marketing, sales, and operations
- Create clear and compelling executive summaries for client-facing presentations
- Design lead acquisition strategies and utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to monitor outreach efforts
- Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently
- Submit precise documentation for new business, expenses, and weekly activities by established deadlines
- Engage in monthly team consultations and contribute to peer training and development
- Foster strong internal collaborations across departments to ensure seamless client service coordination
- Attend virtual and in-person training sessions to remain current on organizational and departmental best practices
- Complete assigned projects and additional tasks as directed by management
