Responsibilities
- Lead the creation, assembly, and upkeep of electrical test systems used for development, production validation, functional verification, and environmental qualification testing
- Implement automation solutions to streamline repetitive test processes and improve efficiency
- Develop, carry out, and review test documentation including plans, procedures, and final reports
- Collaborate closely with design and flight test engineering teams to refine and validate flight-critical hardware

Compensation
The estimated salary range for this position is $118,000 to $170,000 per year, plus cash incentives, stock options, and benefits.
