Responsibilities
- Establish and manage a unified quality strategy, including standardized testing methods, quality checkpoints, and acceptance standards for all hardware products.
- Lead systematic investigations of hardware defects, determine root causes, develop containment actions, and verify implementation.
- Develop and oversee supplier performance evaluation systems and inspection protocols for incoming materials.
- Assist in evaluating returned products and support decisions on their resolution or disposition.
- Produce regular quality reports and summaries for leadership and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate across teams to meet company goals, including tasks beyond core responsibilities when necessary.
