Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full leasing lifecycle, from inquiry to move-in
- Conduct professional on-site tours and community presentations
- Maintain timely and effective follow-up with prospective residents
- Process rental applications, screenings, and required documentation
- Oversee maintenance staff and coordinate daily maintenance operations
- Ensure timely entry, tracking, and follow-up of maintenance requests
- Address resident concerns and resolve service-related issues promptly and professionally
- Promote a positive living environment and resident satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies
Requirements
- Proven sales and customer service experience
- Prior leasing or property management experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance coordination and operational tasks
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and compliance standards
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Highly organized, dependable, and service-oriented
Nice to Have
- Experience with administrative or legal documentation related to property management is a plus
