Responsibilities
- Set up, calibrate, run, and service various press machines
- Complete all preparation tasks related to the specific press type, including mounting plates or fitting cylinders
- Inspect plates and cylinders for flaws and verify accurate image alignment
- Prepare press blankets by adjusting tension and register settings
- Apply color adjustments and modify press settings before and during production to meet quality standards
- Clean, lubricate, and perform routine maintenance on equipment, including minor repairs and part replacements
- Carry out scheduled maintenance tasks as recommended by the equipment manufacturer
