Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service and support to every guest attending events.
- Welcome attendees and scan their tickets upon entry to the venue.
- Greet visitors and guide them to their assigned seating areas.
- Assist guests with directions and wayfinding throughout the facility.
- Manage and supervise access to all restricted zones during events.
- Help maintain a secure and safe environment for all patrons and staff.
- Report any actual or suspected breaches of venue policies or regulations to management.
- Complete incident documentation promptly when necessary.
- Ensure emergency exits remain unobstructed and assist guests with special needs during evacuations.
- Serve as part of the emergency response team by guiding guests to safety exits.
- Relocate to different posts or areas as required by event demands.
- Distribute event-related materials to guests when needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and event procedures.
- Offer high-quality customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Guest Services Manager or supervisor.
