Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service throughout the guest journey, from arrival to departure and all interactions in between
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors upon their arrival
  • Perform diverse front desk duties, creating a varied daily experience that includes reservations, guest account management, and promoting hotel amenities
  • Deliver enthusiastic, informed, and welcoming service to all guests, both external and internal
  • Handle incoming phone calls professionally, adhering to established brand guidelines
  • Balance and reconcile cash accounts at the end of each work shift
  • Inform non-members about the loyalty program’s advantages and assist with enrollment
