Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate comprehensive go-to-market readiness initiatives aligned with organizational goals and execution standards.
- Facilitate live readiness events tied to product releases, company-wide Impact Days, and key go-to-market strategies, covering logistics, coordination, content creation, rehearsals, delivery support, and follow-up evaluation.
- Assist in managing large-scale readiness events by handling participant registration, pre-event assignments, communications, enrollment tracking, assessment processes, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with Product Marketing, Product, Commercial, Leadership, and Operations teams to convert strategic objectives into actionable readiness plans.
- Manage or contribute to readiness-related communications via Teams, internal launch platforms, and stakeholder briefings.
- Monitor program success using dashboards, learner progress tracking, certification rates, feedback surveys, and post-program analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Preserve and update training materials, internal knowledge repositories, and centralized resources to ensure teams have access to accurate, up-to-date information.
