About the Role

The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage key projects that support the rollout of new products and services, working closely with stakeholders across departments to ensure strategic objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Support the creation of sales enablement materials
  • Coordinate internal training sessions for new offerings
  • Gather feedback from field teams to improve processes
  • Maintain centralized documentation for all project phases
  • Work with regional teams to adapt global strategies locally
  • Drive process improvements in project management workflows
  • Use project management tools to track tasks and deadlines
  • Report regularly to leadership on project status
  • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards
  • Support change management during major transitions
  • Partner with product marketing to align messaging
  • Assist in budget planning for launch activities
  • Evaluate post-launch results against goals
