Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of go-to-market content and enablement strategies across the sales funnel, producing materials such as pitch decks, FAQs, value propositions, and talking points tailored to different buyer segments.
- Collaborate with Market Intelligence to track commerce, checkout, and emerging agentic commerce trends, competitive landscape, and seller narratives to shape distinct product positioning.
- Develop and execute training initiatives that deepen seller knowledge of the Commerce Experiences product suite.
- Prepare sales teams for key product launches, including events like Stripe Sessions, and ensure understanding of roadmap developments.
- Use data and insights to uncover knowledge gaps, prioritize content creation, release new assets, and assess impact on seller confidence and performance metrics.
- Regularly share field feedback through monthly updates and structured retrospectives to influence product marketing positioning and inform product development.
