Bazaarvoice is hiring a GTM Ops Program Manager

About the Role

This role is responsible for managing key programs within go-to-market operations, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution while enabling efficiency and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional projects that enhance go-to-market effectiveness
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to identify process improvements
  • Develop and maintain operational workflows for scalability
  • Track and report on key performance metrics for GTM initiatives
  • Manage data integrity across CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Support the development of operational dashboards and reporting tools
  • Coordinate change management during system or process transitions
  • Identify inefficiencies in current processes and recommend solutions
  • Work closely with finance and sales operations on forecasting alignment
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and data governance policies
  • Drive adoption of best practices across GTM functions
  • Facilitate regular operational reviews with leadership teams
  • Own project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
  • Translate strategic goals into executable operational plans
  • Support integration of new technologies into existing workflows
  • Maintain documentation for all GTM operational processes
  • Partner with IT on tool implementation and optimization
  • Assess risks associated with operational changes
  • Provide insights to leadership based on operational data trends
  • Standardize processes across regions and business units

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B technology companies
  • Background in managing global or multi-regional programs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks
  • Prior work in high-growth startup or scale-up environments
