About the Role
The GTM Engineer will bridge technical and operational teams by building and maintaining the infrastructure that powers sales, marketing, and customer success functions, enabling scalable growth through automation and data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable systems that support sales and marketing operations
- Integrate CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms
- Develop workflows to streamline lead routing and customer onboarding
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify technical needs
- Optimize data pipelines for accuracy and performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in go-to-market tools
- Ensure data consistency across platforms
- Support the implementation of new revenue technologies
- Create dashboards and reports for performance tracking
- Automate repetitive processes to improve team efficiency
- Maintain documentation for system architecture and workflows
- Work with security protocols to protect customer data
- Assist in A/B testing infrastructure for campaigns
- Monitor system uptime and reliability
- Coordinate with external vendors and API providers
- Implement tracking for customer engagement metrics
- Standardize data entry practices across departments
- Support segmentation strategies for targeted outreach
- Improve lead scoring models with technical enhancements
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations
