Happy Money is hiring a GTM Engineer to apply engineering skills directly to growth challenges. You’ll join the Marketing team as an AI-native builder focused on creating technical solutions that drive business impact. Your work will directly support customer journeys by building lovable tools and ensuring clean, actionable data flow across our systems.
What You'll Do
- Build AI-powered GTM tools, such as AI-assisted lead scoring, automated sales summaries, and intelligent churn prediction.
- Build high-impact customer journey experiences, like a self-serve interactive product demo, ROI calculators, and prospect-facing web applications.
- Own and instrument the GTM data stack, writing code to ensure data flow between product, website, and GTM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot) is clean and actionable.
- Run experiments by collaborating with Marketing to design, build, and analyze A/B tests on website, email, and other platforms to optimize conversion rates.
What We're Looking For
- AI-native builder with hands-on experience building with LLMs, AI APIs (like OpenAI's), or other machine-learning frameworks.
- Product sense with a proven ability to understand user needs and build lovable tools.
- Full-stack engineer comfortable writing Python and SQL for data pipelines and JavaScript (e.g., React) for front-ends.
- Data-driven and curious with a natural curiosity for digging into data and forming hypotheses.
- Scrappy, resourceful self-starter who can get things done in a fast-paced startup environment.
