Responsibilities
- Deploy go-to-market software solutions for marketing, sales, and agent development teams
- Create automated workflows, integrations, and AI-driven systems that convert signals into sales pipeline across enrichment, scoring, routing, and outbound engagement
- Manage end-to-end enrichment infrastructure, transforming raw inputs like signups and event lists into enriched, scored records synced to Salesforce using Clay, ZoomInfo, Cognism, and LLM-based tools
- Develop AI agents and internal AI tools to enhance sales productivity, including account research, call summaries, RFP responses, proposal creation, and on-demand intelligence via Slack
- Lead the development and refinement of the account fit scoring pipeline that assesses alignment with the ideal customer profile, storing results in Postgres and Salesforce with robust signal logic and model iteration
- Design and maintain data architecture using Postgres, Fivetran, and reverse ETL, ensuring data integrity and synchronization across consuming systems and tracking impacts of schema or application changes
- Deliver production-grade code with peer review, monitoring, and error handling, and troubleshoot live issues including Salesforce outages, enrichment errors, and LLM timeouts
