Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize growth pathways and conversion rates throughout user onboarding, application, decision-making, and fund disbursement processes.
- Analyze data and conduct experiments to pinpoint obstacles and achieve quantifiable results.
- Design and implement A/B tests, and quickly iterate on user experience enhancements.
- Work closely with Engineering, Credit, Operations, and Marketing teams to execute high-impact projects.
- Head product development for non-banking financial company and bank integrations, balancing growth, risk, and compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in product or growth roles, preferably in financial technology, lending, or B2C technology.
- Strong analytical skills, with practical experience using SQL, Python, and tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA4.
- Demonstrated success in managing growth metrics and thriving in dynamic, uncertain environments.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions.
