Responsibilities
- Launch, monitor, and optimize paid media campaigns across designated regions, handling all stages from setup to reporting.
- Oversee daily operations of advertising campaigns on global performance platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
- Configure campaign architectures, audience segments, bidding models, budgets, ad rotations, tracking tags, and platform settings according to established growth strategies.
- Track campaign performance daily to detect issues affecting spend pacing, delivery, tracking accuracy, creative effectiveness, audience response, conversion rates, CAC, ROAS, and other key metrics.
- Optimize advertising efforts to meet objectives including new customer acquisition, revenue targets, return on ad spend, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, payback time, margin contribution, and conversion efficiency.
- Provide input on budget distribution and reallocation across markets, platforms, campaigns, audience segments, and creative assets.
- Assist in executing structured testing plans across variables such as creatives, audience definitions, bid strategies, landing pages, campaign designs, promotional offers, localization, and platform-specific features.
- Manage workflows for performance creative, including brief development, asset delivery, localization, naming standards, version tracking, approvals, uploads, and post-launch analysis.
- Collaborate with creative, localization, and regional teams to ensure ads are accurate, culturally appropriate, compliant with platform policies, and aligned with testing goals.
- Evaluate creative performance by format, messaging hook, core message, offer type, language, market, audience segment, placement, and stage in the customer journey.
- Maintain organized documentation for campaigns, testing logs, launch schedules, quality assurance checklists, naming standards, UTM parameters, and reporting procedures.
- Support measurement projects such as incrementality testing, geo-based lift studies, platform-driven lift analyses, holdout experiments, attribution modeling, and cohort-based performance reviews.
- Generate regular performance reports, insight summaries, test outcomes, and campaign updates for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Conduct quality assurance on tracking mechanisms, attribution models, pixels, conversion events, product feeds, landing URLs, UTMs, and campaign taxonomies to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with analytics, data science, and measurement teams to verify campaign data and resolve reporting inconsistencies.
- Assist in coordinating with external agencies, platform partners, and vendors, including managing campaign requests, asset handoffs, performance follow-ups, billing inputs, and meeting preparation.
- Stay updated on platform changes, regional media trends, auction behavior, competitive activity, and performance benchmarks.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance operational efficiency, campaign quality assurance, reporting accuracy, creative testing workflows, and execution speed.
