Activate Talent is hiring a Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Media Focus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead full management of Meta advertising account including campaign restructuring, consolidation into campaign budget optimization, audience targeting refinement, exclusion list corrections, and long-term architectural planning
  • Implement a systematic approach to creative testing with clear criteria for advancing, monitoring, or discontinuing concepts, along with thorough documentation of outcomes
  • Drive performance by optimizing for combined return on ad spend goals, currently maintaining a minimum of 2.0x with a goal of reaching 2.5x while increasing budget allocation
  • Deliver weekly performance summaries covering media spend, return on ad spend, cost per acquisition, click-through rate, conversion rate, and creative effectiveness, supplemented with analytical insights
  • Oversee audience suppression lists, customer matching, and development of lookalike audiences, ensuring data freshness through proactive maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal creative teams and outside agencies to define asset requirements and guide production based on campaign performance metrics
  • Identify and communicate deviations in performance trends, irregular budget consumption, tracking inaccuracies, and attribution challenges before escalation
  • Investigate conversion drop-offs after ad clicks by aligning ad platform analytics with landing page and transaction funnel data
  • Enforce consistent naming conventions and organizational practices across all campaigns and account structures
