Crypto Banter is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition and engagement efforts. You will develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to grow our audience and deepen community involvement.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth marketing strategies
- Own key performance metrics for user acquisition, activation, and retention
- Design and run A/B tests to optimize campaign performance
- Analyze user data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
- Manage marketing budgets and report on ROI across initiatives
- Collaborate with content and product teams to align growth efforts
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Growth Marketing Manager or similar role
- Strong background in data analysis and performance marketing
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable growth strategies
- Excellent project management and communication skills
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry
- Familiarity with community-driven marketing and engagement
Work Mode
This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United Kingdom or Spain.
