Responsibilities
- Lead growth performance and commercial outcomes for a designated region by identifying, prioritizing, and expanding high-impact initiatives across the customer lifecycle.
- Coordinate and align objectives with the Expansion team and STOs.
- Design and implement localized growth strategies in Paid Search (SEM).
- Design and implement localized growth strategies in Paid App channels such as Apple Search Ads and Google App campaigns.
- Design and implement localized growth strategies in Affiliate and Influencer Marketing.
- Provide strategic direction and optimization for SEO and ASO, excluding full content ownership.
- Manage end-to-end execution of campaigns and investments in your market, including budget planning, forecasting, and balancing scale with efficiency.
- Discover and expand new growth opportunities using structured testing and rapid iteration.
- Lead creative and messaging effectiveness in your market by adapting global strategies to local contexts.
- Collaborate with local agencies and internal teams to validate assumptions, enhance localization, and boost performance using regional insights.
- Manage affiliate and influencer performance in your market in coordination with the Affiliate team, including onboarding partners, assessing performance, and maximizing ROI.
- Develop strong partnerships across Growth, Expansion, Product, Analytics, and senior commercial teams.
- Navigate diverse viewpoints, align on key priorities, and communicate recommendations effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Utilize tracking and analytics systems to ensure accurate attribution, measurement, and actionable insights.
- Apply data to guide decisions, evaluate trade-offs, and determine next actions.
