Black Crow AI is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team. You will work closely with leadership to design and execute initiatives that drive user acquisition, retention, and engagement across multiple channels.
What You'll Do
- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on growth, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze consumer behavior and campaign metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage partnership and affiliate programs, strengthening the ecosystem and expanding reach.
- Coordinate product launches and go-to-market strategies from planning to performance review.
- Develop content calendars and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance customer journeys and optimize touchpoints.
- Monitor KPIs across social media, paid media, and community platforms, reporting actionable insights.
- Support events, community activations, and influencer engagement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or related roles.
- Strong knowledge of growth strategies, customer acquisition, and retention tactics.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Semrush, Mlabs, Reportei, or similar.
- Skilled in project management, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making ability.
- Fluent English.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing partnership/affiliate programs.
- Background in community-driven marketing or event-based growth.
- Familiarity with SaaS, startups, or global community-driven organizations.
