Responsibilities

  • Extract meaningful insights from data gathered across various customer interaction points to uncover measurable business growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards that enhance operational efficiency, support data-driven decisions, and track key performance metrics.
  • Present clear, strategic findings and actionable recommendations to marketing teams and leadership through reports, presentations, and collaborative sessions.
  • Collaborate with analytics and data teams to ensure data accuracy, refine data collection practices, and contribute to the long-term tracking strategy.
  • Partner with marketing departments to develop a unified understanding of customer behavior, product effectiveness, and campaign performance.
