Samba TV is hiring a Growth Marketer, Pipeline Development

Responsibilities

  • Create and oversee conversational marketing initiatives across web chat, email, SMS, and phone to move qualified leads toward sales-ready opportunities.
  • Lead end-to-end management of the web chat function, designing automated interactions for general traffic while enabling real-time engagement for high-intent B2B users and directing conversations to sales teams at optimal times.
  • Execute personalized 1:1 outreach via email and messaging platforms on behalf of sales representatives, using Gong Engage to follow up with prospects and actively identify dormant accounts for re-engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to transform high-performing campaigns into scalable automated workflows by defining structure, writing content, setting triggers, and delivering fully specified campaign blueprints.
  • Develop and continuously improve messaging tailored to specific buyer personas, gaining deep understanding of each segment to adjust tone, value propositions, and positioning accordingly.
  • Maintain and enhance HubSpot and Salesforce processes for tracking leads, managing nurture sequences, and measuring performance, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency at scale.
  • Analyze the full conversion funnel to detect bottlenecks, missing data, weak messaging, or untapped channels, then design and implement targeted solutions to improve conversion rates.
  • Monitor key pipeline metrics from marketing-qualified lead through to revenue, delivering weekly performance reports and adjusting strategies based on data insights.
  • Integrate AI technologies such as Claude/Cowork, AI agents, and generative AI into daily operations for tasks like outreach drafting, large-scale personalization, automation development, account research, and campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in growth marketing or demand generation with a focus on pipeline acceleration.
  • Hands-on expertise with conversational marketing tools, email automation platforms, and CRM systems like HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and drive iterative improvements.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools for marketing and sales workflows.
  • Familiarity with Gong Engage or similar sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple channels simultaneously while maintaining message consistency and brand voice.
  • Skilled in building automated workflows with branching logic and behavioral triggers.
  • Deep understanding of B2B buyer personas and how to tailor messaging across segments.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and conversion.
  • Proactive mindset with a track record of identifying gaps and implementing effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B tech or enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Background in managing live and automated chat experiences.
  • Knowledge of AI agents and large language models in marketing use cases.

  • Familiarity with full-funnel analytics from MQL to revenue attribution.
