Responsibilities
- Build and own the growth strategy to scale our leading mobile games.
- Execute all our acquisition channels: paid UA but also non-paid such as partnerships, featuring, influencer marketing, growth hacking, ASO, and community building (not exhaustive).
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify emerging high-performing growth channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution and maximize the impact of available resources.
- Conduct rigorous data analysis to evaluate channel performance, guide decisions, prioritize initiatives, and uncover new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Master’s degree from a top engineering or business school (Programme Grande Ecole)
- 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, analytical environments (strategy consulting, investment banking, tech)
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities
- Genuine interest in mobile gaming and apps and/or performance marketing
- Autonomous, proactive, and comfortable rolling up your sleeves
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English

- Before stepping into the Growth Manager role, you will spend 9 months to 1 year building a deep expertise in user acquisition, acting as a performance marketing specialist and ad creative strategist.
