Responsibilities
- Pull and synthesize performance data across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube to surface what's working, what isn't, and why
- Translate performance insights into clear, actionable takeaways for strategists, creatives, and clients
- Help develop and refine the internal systems we use to measure creative at scale.
- Support Creative Strategists in turning data insights into short-form ad concepts, scripts, and briefs
- Research platform trends, competitor creative, and top-performing formats to inform strategy
- Assist on production days when needed - coordinating logistics and keeping shoots on track.
Requirements
- A genuine eye for creative - you consume a lot of content and have strong opinions about what works
- Comfortable with numbers and able to spot patterns in performance data
- Clear, concise writer who can communicate a creative idea or a data insight quickly
- Curious about why content performs, not just whether it looks good
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once
