SalesAPE is seeking a Growth Engineer to accelerate user acquisition and conversion for our AI platform that empowers non-technical small and medium businesses. You will own the growth experiment stack, prototype and ship marketing tools, and leverage metrics and intelligence to drive impact.
What You'll Do
- Design and run growth experiments like A/B tests, prompt tests, onboarding changes, and channel tweaks across the full user funnel.
- Build scrappy tools, landing pages, or agents to validate hypotheses quickly.
- Automate lead qualification, routing, or enrichment using LLMs and AI tools.
- Translate learnings into scalable systems and playbooks.
- Build custom GPTs, internal tools, or user-facing flows that enhance demo booking, onboarding, or lead conversion.
- Leverage behavioral psychology principles like social proof, urgency, and framing to drive outcomes.
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to uncover high-impact ideas worth testing.
- Instrument key touchpoints and build dashboards to monitor growth KPIs.
- Run LTV/CAC modeling and attribution analysis to validate channel and experiment ROI.
- Deliver structured insight decks that influence cross-functional strategy.
- Help drive a performance culture grounded in first principles thinking and economic rigor.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years in technical growth, product, or marketing engineering roles, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, Python, and no-code tools like Webflow, Zapier, and Retool.
- Familiarity with LLMs, including prompt engineering, LangChain, GPTs, embeddings, and vector databases.
- An obsession with the user journey and the ability to move from insight to experiment to impact quickly.
- Confidence in modeling CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, and payback math.
- Understanding of ethical growth levers like default bias, reciprocity, and anchoring, and when to apply them.
- A balance of craft and speed—you ship quickly but with an eye toward scale.
