Responsibilities
- Integrated Marketing Strategy: Develop and own the quarterly marketing roadmap. You will align content themes, event presence, and product launches into a unified strategy that drives top-of-funnel awareness and supports the GTM team’s revenue goals.
- Executive Voice Strategy: Report to the Chief of Staff to drive daily high-signal content for the CEO’s LinkedIn and the company page. You will ghostwrite and strategize 2x weekly posts for the VP of Finance and COO, ensuring a distinct yet cohesive brand voice.
- Omni-Channel Pipeline Management: Architect and run multi-platform content pipelines across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Reddit, and company newsletters.
- Strategic Event Production: Take the lead on 'InstaLily in the Wild' This includes project managing our presence at industry conferences (e.g., Manifest, CSCMP), organizing NYC-based AI community mixers, and coordinating executive speaking engagements.
- Product & GTM Campaigns: Develop social campaigns that translate technical AI roadmaps and 'InstaWorker' demos into narrative-driven content that resonates with enterprise buyers and talent alike.
- Cross-Functional Project Management: Act as the central node between Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to gather insights and 'proof of work' for content. You will manage the production calendar for visuals, carousels, and short-form video (Reels/Threads).
- Market Intelligence: Deep-dive into AI and supply chain trends to ensure our storytelling remains insight-driven and ahead of the curve.
- Community Architecture: Beyond 'engagement' you will proactively build a community around InstaLily, sparking high-level conversations with industry influencers and partners.
- Analytics & Optimization: Track full-funnel analytics to understand how brand awareness converts into tangible GTM leads and talent interest.
Requirements
- Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Information Systems or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered, as a Growth Associate, or in a Growth Associate-related occupation.
- Project Management Rigor: Demonstrated ability to manage complex timelines, including social media content calendar events, in-person industry event, and media buying.
- Campaign development.
