Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the strategic vision for a significant component of the Wholesale Network platform.
- Convert organizational goals and user insights into actionable product plans and roadmaps.
- Guide product teams to address real customer challenges and deliver quantifiable results.
- Manage, coach, and develop a group of Product Managers to enhance their performance.
- Support the growth of sound decision-making, prioritization abilities, and user-first mindset in team members.
- Promote a culture rooted in experimentation, learning, and delivering tangible impact.
- Maintain consistency, scalability, and strategic alignment across product experiences in the assigned domain.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market functions.
- Identify and coordinate cross-functional dependencies to enable smooth execution.
- Assist teams in uncovering opportunities, setting priorities, and launching high-value solutions.
- Establish performance indicators and ensure teams track outcomes and iterate based on data.
- Anticipate potential obstacles and support teams in resolving difficult trade-offs.
- Advocate for the needs and perspectives of merchants and suppliers throughout the company.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide product planning and organizational direction.
- Help cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving product environment.
