Responsibilities
- Own and advance the strategic direction for a core segment of the Wholesale Network platform.
- Convert organizational goals and user insights into actionable product plans and roadmaps.
- Guide product teams to focus on solving real customer challenges and achieving measurable results.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
- Support PMs in building strong decision-making, prioritization, and customer-first mindsets.
- Promote a product culture rooted in experimentation, learning, and measurable impact.
- Ensure product experiences are unified, scalable, and consistent with overall platform objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and go-to-market functions.
- Manage interdependencies across teams to enable smooth and aligned execution.
- Assist teams in identifying opportunities, prioritizing work, and delivering impactful solutions.
- Establish clear success metrics and ensure teams learn from performance data.
- Identify potential roadblocks early and support teams in navigating difficult trade-offs.
- Advocate for the needs of merchants and suppliers across the organization.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide product and organizational planning.
- Help cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and continuously improving product environment.
