Responsibilities
- Define and manage the full product roadmap for the core payments platform, including transaction processing, payment method integrations, partner infrastructure, and lifecycle operations.
- Improve payment success rates, routing efficiency, and transaction performance to enhance revenue and user experience worldwide.
- Develop and execute strategy for multi-partner payment infrastructure to ensure high availability, cost optimization, and failover capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to influence technical architecture and platform investments that support scalability and system resilience.
- Design self-service tools that reduce integration complexity for product teams, accelerating product development across the organization.
- Guide long-term strategic planning for new payment methods, instant payment networks, and compliance with changing financial regulations.
