Responsibilities
- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for key products and target audiences, defining positioning, messaging, and launch initiatives that increase measurable adoption.
- Coordinate cross-functional product launches with teams across Product, Business Development, CDP, Developer Relations, Communications, Legal, and Compliance, turning technical features into compelling, accessible stories for developers and builders.
- Oversee marketing operations, including strategic planning, workflow prioritization, process development, and team cadence to ensure timely delivery in a fast-paced environment.
- Supervise up to two product marketing managers in a player-coach model, establishing high standards for narrative quality and go-to-market execution while directly managing critical initiatives.
- Develop and execute the global events strategy, managing end-to-end participation in major industry conferences and owned events such as Base Batches.
- Establish performance metrics for product launches, including adoption rates, pipeline impact, and partner-driven amplification, using insights to refine future marketing strategies.

Compensation
Annual base salary range: $205,785 — $242,100 USD. Total compensation may include equity, bonus, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).
